A family restaurant that treats every guest like part of ours. Same recipes, same care, every visit.
Hibachi House has been more than just a restaurant for us. It represents an idea that we've always dreamed about. In 2006 when Benny Fan and his wife, Jenny, arrived in this country, they had no money and a very large amount of hard work ahead of them. However, they were both confident in their ability to build a successful life together. Six years after arriving in the United States, in 2012, Ben and Jenny put all the money they'd worked for into creating Hibachi House as a means of sharing their appreciation of Japanese culture and cuisine.
The Fans did not simply find a location to operate a business; they fell in love with Kingsburg and its people. Today, every meal we prepare at Hibachi House is a way of saying thank you to the community that welcomed us and helped make our dreams become a reality.
Our goal whether you come to Hibachi House for a plate of noodles, one of many meals prepared on our grill, or our Las Vegas roll which is breaded and deep fried — is to provide each guest with the feeling of being treated like part of our family!
